Hi,
I hope everyone's week went smoothly. My week went alright. I've had a total of 36 views and I even have a reader or 2(+) from Alaska! If you are on Google, don't forget to follow/add me. If you are reading through Facebook, leave a comment there if you wish.
I'm sure you are wondering what my title means, it means 'post two' in Italian. There, you learned something new today; you are welcome. I think I'll keep this blog about showing you about what I learned this weekend.
I've basically given up juice. At least the sweet kind. I drink the kind from Bolthouse. My favorite so far is Salted Caramel Latte. It also has 7 grams of protein per serving. I get about 4-5 per bottle even though the bottle says 4. It all depends on my mood. Today I just added a little more milk.
I went to the Fabulous Food Show in Cleveland yesterday and found some cool things. This one table had zinger water bottles that had citrus juicers that are made to be upside down so the fruits you pick are infused into your water. This is great for those who get bored quickly of drinking plain water. I got mine on sale for $15. The guy told me if I posted a pic on their Facebook page, he'll send me a stainless steel tumbler for free, even paying for the shipping! Their office was based in Akron and told me that I could call him or email him at his personal email address (possible pick up line?? What?! He was cute! lol :) ) The link is here: http://zinganything.com/ . I'm thinking of lime and mint for my first attempt with this bottle. Virgin mojito-infused water.. yum!
Beecology- It is a brand that is all natural and uses honey that they tend to themselves on their farm. They gave out samples of their lotion. I loved the kind I tried which was unscented but I didn't see it on their website so I am assuming it's original. I may check out their scented kinds and check out their ingredients. I usually don't like lotion because they make me break out or I get red spots around my knuckles after a while. My skin also dries out due to the alcohol found in most lotions. I did buy 2 of their lip balms. I just tried the orange ginger, so far I like it and it didn't make me break out like Burt's Bees. Check them out here: http://www.beecology.com/
Speaking of natural products, I'm thinking of doing going down that route for several reasons. First of all, it is heck of a lot cheaper! To whiten your teeth, all you need is 1) baking soda 2) hydrogen peroxide and a toothbrush to do it everyday until you get your desired shade or use peroxide as if you were using mouthwash. Most of all, I am sensitive and all-natural stuff tend to be expensive so I might as well make it myself. This is why I love Pinterest.

What to say....
Hi,
Like my title says, I am unsure of what to say. I feel like I'm being put on the spot, ha ha. I wanted to start this blog. I had a few gripes, yet some good things.
I've been drinking pop again, and we all know pop is bad!! UGH! I bought some only because my friends drink it and I had a couple of picky eaters over to have a get together/taco bar for my birthday from out of town a few weeks ago. I have diet cherry coke (lucky for me it wasn't lime because I would have finished the 12 pack off in a week) and cranberry splash sierra mist. Kudos to them for the natural sugar but still, yuck! Oh yea, tasting your food to make sure it's just right before you actually cook it. A caterer's work is never fair to their waistline! :)
The food will change, I am trying to cook more for my house. I got Rocco Dispirito's Now Eat This Diet book. I will not consider myself on a diet, but he has some good tips how to cook your food better and some good ideas on protein shakes. 5 pounds in a week is a little extreme for me. Here is what I think is reasonable: 8-10 glasses of water a day (duh) , 30-60 min of exercise 5-6 days a week (last time I worked out, I got away with 4 an hour each) a clean eating lifestyle which is basically lots of fruits and vegetables and lean meats some bread, no junk and some dairy.
I do want to work out again. I miss p90x terribly. I'll turn on my alarm again and force myself to get up after the second snooze is over and eat something, wait half an hour and DO IT! Maybe I'll sleep better. I don't like being a semi-insomniac, it's not good for me; I'll feel better in the long run. I'll try to post my progress. If you see me on facebook, you can post on my wall or text me asking: did you do anything? That would help. Don't do it on Wednesdays. Those will be my rest days since I have school until further notice.
I am grateful for the time change today. I slept great even though I didn't get out of bed until 11 lol. I will never be a morning person on the weekends unless I have to. I woke up at 8:45 and felt good. I just didn't want to get out of my warm bed.
School: I love school. I don't like being at home all day. I will tell you that I am starting to question my major. I have a lot of useful skills with people and my brain that I just don't know where and how to apply them and stick with it. There is a lot that I want to do and I feel like I'm falling behind everyone that I'm trying so hard playing catch up. This is what makes being 30 sucks sometimes.
